"Because We All Care" Campaign

Website banner_780x500.jpg

Because We All Care is a year-long campaign led by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Healthwatch England in response to COVID-19. As the country pulls together to recover from the impact of coronavirus, Because We All Care aims to encourage more people to share their experiences of care to help the NHS and social care services identify and address quality issues and provide the best care possible.

How are we involved

We're working with partners at Healthwatch Lambeth to help raise awareness of the Because We All Care campaign with unpaid carers in Lambeth. Including supporting carers, registered with our service, to be filmed discussing their own experiences of feedbacking on health and social care.

The Campaign aims to

Raise awareness of how people can give feedback about their care or that of a loved one.

  • Encourage people to share their experiences of care and to support services so they can improve.

  • Encourage people to speak up when they have concerns with their care .

Take part

Would you be happy to share your experience about raising concerns ?  Healthwatch and the CQC want to hear from carers about their experience of healthcare services during COVID-19.
