Carers Week Information Event

Theme: Physical health, Mental Health, Cost of living & Carers Hub Services  The session will be held face to face and will be an opportunity to find out about local support around physical health, mental health, finances and wider support offered by Carers' Hub. It will be a chance to find out essential information and to with each other and the Carers' Hub team. Light refreshments will be available.
