About the event
In this two hour session you will learn some simple meditation and mindfulness practices to help relax your body, soothe your nervous system and develop more kindness towards yourself. After the session, you will also receive a recording of the practices via email so that you can try them at home. No experience of meditation and mindfulness necessary.
