Adult Carers learn Visual Arts with Create!

At Carers' Hub we understand how important it is to provide respite opportunities for our Carers. Taking time away from caring responsibilities, to have fun, relax, and/or learn new skills, can help to improve Carers' wellbeing and reduce stress.

Our partners at Create hosted a fun and educational Visual Arts Workshop for our Adult Carers. This 6-week series of sessions introduced Carers to art mediums like Macramé and Decoupage (among others!).
