About the event
We have 12 spaces available
What to expect and some recommendations:
The session includes mindful movements, self-massage and meditation.
We will have some moments of silence and stillness, and some moments of dialogue in groups and pairs.
All practices can be adapted to a chair, lying down or standing position according to your needs, so feel free to join and we will make sure you can enjoy the day.
Wearing comfortable and layered clothes is advised. You can also bring a light blanket to make sure you have the right temperature.
