
Digital Resources and the Jointly App
From July 19th 2023 Carers´ Hub Lambeth will no longer be subscribing to the Carers UK Digital Resource for Carers. We have made this change, because access to the Carers UK Digital Resource for Carers is now available to unpaid carers for free via the NHS.
What will happen to my Jointly app & account for the Digital Resource for Carers?

If you have already downloaded the Jointly App before the 19th July, using the Carers´ Hub Lambeth access code, you will still be able to use Jointly after this date.

If you have signed up to the Digital Resource for Carers using the Carers’ Hub Lambeth access code, you will no longer be able to access the platform from July 19th 2023 onwards

If you would still like to use the Digital Resource for Carers, you will be able to access the Resources by setting up a new account using the free NHS code for the South East London ICS.
How do I access the Digital Resource for Carers after July 19th?
Unpaid carers in Lambeth are able to access the Carers UK Digital Resource for Carers and download the Jointly App using the free NHS codes from the South East London ICS.

To sign up for the Digital Resource for Carers using the NHS code visit carersdigital.org

Click ‘Create New Account´ and use the NHS South East London ICS access code: DPCN9488
If you have not yet downloaded it, and would like to sign up for Jointly using the NHS code. Please do the following:

Visit www.jointlyapp.com and click ‘Sign up’

A new page will appear, complete the form, and press ‘Sign up’ again at the bottom

Click ‘Create a new circle’ and select ‘Use Free Access Code’

Enter the code DPCN9488 and click ‘Redeem’

Then you can download the app and log in with the details you used to register.
